A Barn Conversion On The Idylic South Coast.
This old Tractor Barn in the heart of the South Coast in West Penwith has been lovingly restored by the team at R.F Wilson.
On the roof is a 3.6kW Solar P.V Installation.
The heating system comprises of an Air Source Heat Pump serving Under Floor Heating along with a Mechanical Ventilation & Heat Recovery unit.
TV Aerial and Cat6a Data Points were wired to all three bedrooms, the Kitchen, Media Room and Mezzanine Lounge, providing good connectivity for the Smart TVs.
A small but perfectly fitted out 5.1 HD Media Room has been installed in the old garage. It has a full 1080p Projector, Blu Ray Player, 5.1 Surround Sound System and Sonos Multi Room Audio System.
The Kitchen, Media Room and Bathroom have all been wired for a Multi-Room Sonos Audio System allowing the same or different music in all rooms at the same time. The music is streamed from a Terabyte NAS Storage drive while also being able to access DAB Radio or Streaming services such as Spotify due to the Gigabit Data Network.
Due to the size and scope of the property a Gigabit Wired Data & WiFi Network was installed in almost all rooms using Cat6a data cable and WiFi repeaters. This has enabled the reliable and high bandwidth connection of all the media devices in the house from Smart TVs, Sky HD boxes, Sonos Music Players, Blu Ray Players, NAS Hard Drive and the necessary WiFi repeaters in each area.
